Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to issue refunds after the client verified satisfaction & completion of service.

What is your cancelation policy?

All cancellations must be processed 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations after the 24hr period will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of your service. Please be advised, inclement weather will be assessed on a case to case basis and clients will be contacted with a tentative rain date.
 
To cancel or reschedule a booking, please do so by creating an account on our website with the email you used to book your appointment. Please keep in mind to reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your appointment start time.  If you have any questions please call us at 347 - 615 - 1440.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for reasons not limited to: comments, feedback reviews, recommendations, and communications soley to you.
 
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
