Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to issue refunds after the client verified satisfaction & completion of service.
All cancellations must be processed 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations after the 24hr period will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of your service. Please be advised, inclement weather will be assessed on a case to case basis and clients will be contacted with a tentative rain date.
To cancel or reschedule a booking, please do so by creating an account on our website with the email you used to book your appointment.
